COVID-19 Office Updates

Revelstoke Optometry is open for regular business hours with some modifications to adapt to the current COVID-19 pandemic. We are asking all patients to please call ahead as often as possible rather than stop in for appointment bookings, repairs or glasses shopping. All services are now provided by appointment only.

At the time of appointment bookings we will be sending out a health intake form by email for each patient to complete at least 24 hours prior to their appointment time. When arriving for your appointment please do not arrive early, come right at your scheduled time then proceed to the office entry and ring the doorbell. The interior office door will remained locked in order to ensure physical distancing and limit the number of patients in the office at one time. Upon entry, patients are required to use the hand sanitizer provided or wash their hands with soap and water at the sink. Masks are mandatory in the office, patients are welcome to bring their own otherwise a disposable one will be provided to them.

We are following all recommendations and protocols outlined by the Minister of Health as well as the College of Optometrists and are practicing physical distancing, wearing appropriate PPE and have increased sanitation procedures in the the office.
